For the third week of July (from July 12 to July 19), the theme of voting was 'A trending star who sells out just by shooting an advertisement’. Hwang Chi Yeul proudly topped the list with 2,005,064 votes in the individual rankings. Kang Daniel came in second with 719,141 votes and Henry in third with 28,995.

"Fan & Star" will screen a congratulatory video for the individual who landed at first place on the electronic display board of Subway Line 2 when the artist wins first place for five consecutive weeks. If the artist continuously wins first place for ten weeks, the said individual will enter the Hall of Fame. In particular, it provides various perks such as announcing the award through electronic boards located in major centers such as Subway Line 2 and Hongdae Station.
