Singer Hwang Chi-yeoul has topped the list of "stars who want to see Halloween day costumes."

Fan & Star, a weekly idol ranking website, holds individual ranking votes with a variety of topics every week. The theme of the fourth week of October's ranking vote (from October 25th to November 1st) was "a star who wanted to see in Halloween costumes." Hwang Chi-yeul was proudly ranked first with 5,756,605 votes in the personal ranking vote. BTS Jin ranked second with 1,670,988 votes, while Kang Daniel came third with 1,468,186 votes.

"Fan & Star" will screen the first-place celebration video on the electronic display board of Subway Line No. 2 if an artist ranks first in the personal rankings for five consecutive weeks. If artist/s wins first place for ten (10) consecutive weeks, artist/s will enter the Hall of Fame. In particular, it provides various privileges by announcing the news of the award through electronic boards located in major centers such as Subway Line 2 and Hongdae Station.
