The group BTS won four gold medals at the 2021 MTV Europe Music Awards (2021 MTV EMA), Europe's largest music awards ceremony.

BTS won four categories: Best Pop, Best K-Pop, Best Group, and Biggest Fans at the 2021 MTV EMA, "Best Pop," "Best K-Pop," "Best Group," and "Biggest Fans." They won the trophy for the first time this year in the Best Pop category, and in the Biggest Fan category, the group won the trophy for the fourth consecutive year since 2018, when they first received the award at the MTV EMA. In particular, BTS won the most gold medals in "MTV EMA" this year.

In 2020, BTS received trophies in four categories: Best Song, Best Group, Biggest Fan, and Best Virtual Live. In 2018 and 2019, they also won the Best Group, Biggest Fan, Best Group.
