Singer Hwang Chiyeul topped the "Star Who Shined in 2021."

Weekly idol ranking site 'Fan N Star' conducts individual rank voting on various topics every week. The theme for the 5th week of December (December 27 to January 3) was "Star Who Shined in 2021."  Hwang Chiyeul took first place with 5,086,824 votes in the ranking vote. Daniel Kang came in second place with 967,829 votes, and Henry came in third place with 526,732 votes.

'Fan N Star' will screen a congratulatory video on the electronic display of Subway Line 2 if the artist wins first place for five consecutive weeks in the individual rankings. What's more is, if the artist wins first place for ten successive weeks, the artist will enter the Hall of Fame. In particular, various privileges are provided, such as award announcements through the electronic boards located in major centers such as Subway Line 2 and Hongdae Station.
