'Hansan: The Appearance of the Dragon' has been released.
The production team of the movie "Hansan: Appearance of the Dragon" (Directed by Kim Han-min, in the future "Hansan") released the first stills showing the majesty of the turtle ship, which is important in this work on the 5th.
'Hansan' is a work depicting the Hansan naval
battle between Admiral Yi Sun-sin and the Joseon-era navy who united with
desperate strategy and courage to defend Joseon against Japanese forces
advancing five years before the Battle of Myeongnyang.
The still-published photo shows a turtle ship
that appears capable of spewing fire at any moment. It displayed the
overwhelming majesty of the turtle ship, dubbed the legendary 'monster under
the sea' and made the Japanese soldiers tremble.
Director Kim Han-min put a lot of effort into the design and work of the turtle ship to bring the maximum amount of catalyst perceptible in the overwhelming victory of the Battle of Hansan to the audience.
