At noon (KST) on August 1, Soohyun released her first mini-album "Countdown On Me," through digital music sites and officially entered into solo activities.
"Count On Me" is Suhyun's first mini-album after 14 years of debut, containing his distinct musical world. As the leader of U-Kiss, he pursues music that is suitable for the group, so through this album, he can meet various genres and styles of music that he wants to show in his time.
The title "Fairy of Soju" is a rock-based pop song that incorporates jazz and blues elements into the track, providing a rich musical feel. It's a song about an interested and unique situation that depicts the process of a man falling in love through the emotional change he gets from drinking soju.
The new album includes the title song "Fairy of Soju" and "Wake Up," which contains the message that even in difficult circumstances, if you don't give up, it can still happen again, "My Friend" feels like listening. Listening to the happy childhood story of two people, the ballad song "Marry Me" expresses the feelings and situation of the boy who wants to propose.
As this is the first mini-album that Suhyun released as a solo artist, she expected to promote her outstanding ability, including her musical world.
