On The 19th, through the official SNS, SF9 unexpectedly announced the theme poster of their mini album vol.12 The Piece Of 9 and announced their comeback. The album was released about 6 months after the mini album vol.11 was released in July.

The published poster predicts the concept of a mysterious agent with a shooting poster setting that could appear in intelligence items. The mini album vol.12 'THE PIECE OF9' contains the meaning of collecting the piece as a puzzle and progressing to a complete SF9.
