YG: 'We will support Daesung'

[The Fact's Park Ji Yoon] Big Bang's Daesung is leaving YG Entertainment after 16 years of debut.
On the 27th, his agency YG Entertainment (YG for short) announced to The Fact, "Daesung has terminated his contract and is looking for a fresh start."
YG then said, "We are discussing a solo contract with GD. Daesung's membership in Big Bang has not changed. He added, "We will support and cooperate with Daesung's new beginnings and options."
Big Bang debuted in 2006 with 5 members and acted as a second-generation idol with many hit songs such as Lie, Last Farewell, Fantastic Baby, Bang Bang. Daesung built a close image while joining Family 1 (SBS) and released solo songs such as Look at Me, Gwisoon, Daebak!
However, Seungri withdrew from the group after causing a lot of social controversy in 2018. T.O.P left YG in February and is expected to have a separate operation. Then, on the 26th, Taeyang also expired his exclusive contract with YG and opened a new home for the YG-related company Double Label.
In the midst of that, Daesung expired his exclusive contract and left YG, drawing public attention to the members' future paths as well as operating with Big Bang's full lineup.
