After 8 years after their debut, Mina, Sana, and Momo from Twice have formed their first subgroup with a focus on their Japanese activities. The group, named Misamo, will make its debut in Japan on July 26th.

Twice's first unit, Mina, Sana, and Momo, will officially debut in Japan on July 7th. JYP Entertainment, their agency, created a buzz among fans when they released the opening photos and trailers of Mina on the 8th, Sana on the 9th, and Momo on the 3rd, at 0:7 (Korean time).
On the 3rd day, Twice officially announced the formation of their first subgroup, Misamo, along with the group trailer. The trailer and opening image feature a high-end look and unique atmosphere, which has attracted attention. The subgroup consists of Japanese members Mina, Sana, and Momo, and the group name is derived from the first letters of each member's name.
Before their official debut, Mina, Sana, and Momo released their new song "Bouquet" in Japan on the 25th. The song served as the OST for the TV series "Liaison" and quickly rose to the top of charts such as the Weekly chart and Line Music's Daily Top 100 chart from January 26th to 27th. They also graced the cover of Vogue Japan's 1st issue.
Mina, Sana, and Momo have already shown off their different charisma and have raised expectations for their new energy ahead of their official debut. The debut mini-album in Japan for Twice's first subgroup, Misamo, will be released on July 3rd and will be available for pre-order starting July 26th.
