Twice will hold the largest new world tour including 6 stadium concerts in 2023. At 0:22 (Korean time) on March 3, JYP Entertainment, the agency of Twice, posted the poster for their world tour vol.5 "Twice 5 The World Tour 'READY TO BE'" on their official SNS channel. The tour shares the same name as the mini-album to be released on March 10. Twice will begin in Seoul on April 15 and 16, followed by Sydney on May 4 (local time), Melbourne on May 5, Osaka in Japan from June 4 to 5, Tokyo on June 11 and 12, Los Angeles (USA), Auckland (July 14), Seattle (July 17), Dallas (July 20), Houston (July 21), Chicago (July 24), Toronto (July 28), and New York (July 31), for a total of 16 solo concerts in 7 cities.

This is the group's largest-scale tour to date, with only the first phase announced. Notably, Twice will perform at stadiums six times in Japan and the USA. They will perform at Yanmar Stadium in Osaka, Japan in May and Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo, as well as at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles in June and MetLife Stadium in New York on July 5.

On May 5, Twice will expand their scale and achievements even further with an encore concert at the Bank of California Stadium in Los Angeles, where they became the "first K-pop girl group to perform and sell out North American stadium tickets."

Twice 5 The World Tour 'READY TO BE' is a new solo tour held after 1 year and 4 months since world tour vol.4 "Twice 4 The World Tour 'III'" was held at KSPO Dome, Songpa District, Seoul from December 25 to 26. In 2018, Twice established a multi-faceted career and rose to a new level as a "stadium artist," creating many precious memories by meeting many ONCE at home and abroad (the fandom name). Prior to the tour, Twice will return with the release of their mini-album vol.12 "Ready To Be" and the title track "Set Me Free" at 20:00 (US time) on March 10.
