According to the audit results, A is in charge of information technology (IT) development and has been reading RM's personal information, including his address and mobile phone, for three years since 2019. A explained: "As a fan, I learned out of personal curiosity."

KORAIL's inspection committee has recommended the suspension of A for violating regulations on the protection of customers' personal information. A Korail official said: "There have been no cases of personal information being leaked to the outside. We are preparing relapse prevention measures through improvement and testing of the system, such as entering reasons when checking personal information. The employees involved are expected to be dealt with severely through the company's disciplinary procedures."

On the other hand, RM, who is known to be a typical art lover among artists, is known to often take public transportation alone to visit local art museums.
