[The Fact ㅣReporter Lee Han-lim ] The movie 'The Devil's Deal' starring actors Jin-woong Cho and Lee Seong-min rose to the top on its first day of release.
On the 2nd, 'The Devil's Deal' (Directed by Lee Won-tae) on the movie promotion committee's computer network integrated with movie tickets gathered 188,827 viewers a day before the release date and topped in movie theater.
This is also the record for the highest number of opening audiences among films released this year. The previous highest opening score was 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania' (174,879 people) which is currently in theater now.
'The Devil's Deal' happens in Busan in 1992. Hae-woong (Cho Jin-woong), a candidate for the National Assembly, Sun-tae (Lee Sung-min), a political power, and Pil -do (Kim Moo-yeol), a gangster, is fighting fiercely to turn the tables with secret documents that will rock Korea.
Second place at the box office belongs to the animated series "The First Slam Dunk". The movie has attracted 70,000 spectators in one day, was released on January 4 and recorded a cumulative audience of 371.
Marvel movie 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania' (1,433,595 cumulative), which attracted 57,000 viewers, took 3rd place and singer Lim's documentary 'I'm Hero the Final' Young-woong drew 50,000 on the first day of release, starting at 4th place with 1,000 viewers.
On the other hand, the total number of moviegoers who went to cinemas nationwide in the previous day (the holiday of March 1), reached a total of 552,393 turns.
