[The Fact|Reporter Won Sena] Yeri (Kim Ye-rim), a member of Red Velvet, is showing off a touching acting career by choosing meaningful work.
According to SM Entertainment, Kim Ye-rim will appear in the drama 'Applause', about a guide dog for the blind.
'Applause' is a drama about Taeyang, a blind student, who meets his guide dog Galchae to restore his daily life and fulfill his dreams.
Yeri transforms into volunteer Puppy Walker Eunseo in the play, portraying friendship through the guide dog's clapping and struggling to achieve her dreams, while melting the 'frost' frozen heart. Taeyang' (played by Yeo Hoi-hyun) with her cheerful charm brings her closer.
When Yeri participated in a project to improve youth disability awareness, she planned to hold a preview of 'Applause' with about 400 students at Sinseo Middle School in Seoul on the same day, also preparing time for interviews and communication.
Previously, Yeri was loved for her role as Oh Ha-rin, who did not hesitate to jump into the past to save her lost first love in the previous work "Blue Birthday". At a time when the work is attracting enough attention to the point of being shown in theaters, viewers have high expectations for what kind of new characters will attract viewers in this work.
