[The Fact ㅣReporter Kang Il-hong] Japan's OTT ABEMA and Japan's convenience store brand Lawson are competing in good faith for the 'boys' fantasy'.
Since its first broadcast in March, MBC's 'Boys Fantasy - After School Excitement Season 2' (hereinafter referred to as 'Boys Fantasy'), which has received an explosive response from global fans, has emerged as a hot topic when it was broadcast in Japan.
In particular, since 'Boys Fantasy' is broadcast simultaneously on Japan's OTT Abema with MBC, thanks to the support of Japanese fans, Abema is working hard to promote 'Boys Fantasy'.
Lawson is engaged in promotional campaigns with Abema, including attaching fan concert posters to 15,000 stores and opening an artist channel for 'Sonen Fantasy' on 'Lawson Ticket', the major ticketing platform best in Japan.
'Boys Fantasy' is having a fan concert at the Tokyo International Forum on July 9, and questions from Asian fans as well as Japanese fans are flooding in.
Before the first batch of tickets were sold on May 10, the ticket war was announced early enough to attract 10,000 people on the waiting list. 'Boys Fantasy' airs every Thursday at 10:00pm on MBC and Abema.
