[The Fact - Reporter Jeong Byeong Geun] Twice is expected to reach 1 million audiences through the world tour.
On August 29, the management company JYP Entertainment announced an additional venue for Twice's 5th world tour 'Ready To Be'. Twice added 4 more shows in 4 regions starting from Melbourne, Australia on November 4 (hereinafter referred to as local time), Jakarta, Indonesia on December 23, 2014, Mexico City on December 23, 2014. February 3, 2024 and Sao Paulo, Brazil on May 6.
The stadium was hosted at all four locations, including Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Jakarta, Indonesia, Jakarta International Stadium (JAKARTA), Mexico City (FOROL) and Allianz Parque Stadium in São Paul, Brazil.
Thus, Twice will conduct a large-scale world tour named 42 shows in 25 cities around the world. Up to now, Twice has reached a record of 700,000 spectators and is preparing to reach the milestone of 1 million guests.
Previously, in May of this year, Twice had their first concert at the Japanese stadium of the K-pop girl group at Yanma Stadium in Osaka and Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo. Sophie Stadium, Los Angeles, the first stadium by a girl group in the world, attracted 50,000 spectators and sold out tickets for the New York MetLife Stadium.
Notably, the group has shown its global position when mobilizing a total of 250,000 spectators according to North American tour standards through 13 concerts in 9 cities starting from Sophie Stadium, Los Angeles, USA in September. 6 to Oakland, Seattle, Houston, Chicago and Canada in July.
Twice will hold concerts in Singapore on September 2 and 3, September 7~8 in London UK, September 11 in Paris France, September 13~14 in Berlin Germany, and Bang Kok Thailand on September 23~ September 24, Bulacan, Philippines on September 30 ~ October 1, on November 14 in Melbourne Australia, Nagoya, in Japan on December 16-17, Jakarta Indonesia on December 23, Fukuoka, Japan on December 27-28 and Mexico City on February 3, 2024.
