[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong Geun] After two singles, BTS's Jungkook reached the peak of his solo career with the album 'GOLDEN'.
Jungkook announced that he will release his first solo album 'GOLDEN' at 1 pm on November 3 through the global fandom life platform Weverse at midnight on the 4th. 'GOLDEN' is an album modeled after Tips on solo artist Jungkook's golden moments and the title is reminiscent of his nickname, 'Golden Maknae'.
The album contains a total of 11 tracks, including the previously released solo singles 'Seven' (feat. Latto) and '3D' (feat. Jack Harlow). Jungkook has integrated his identity and color into this album without adding or subtracting.
When Jungkook released '3D' last month, he expressed his ambition through his management company Big Hit Music: 'I will try all the music genres I can do with my voice. I want to bring you a lot of good songs'. People believe that the songs will be in his first solo album, making many people curious and looking forward to it.
Jungkook has succeeded with 'Seven' and '3D' consecutively. The two songs have achieved incredible results not only in Korea but also in major charts abroad such as the US and UK. In particular, '3D' topped the latest 'Daily Top Song Global' chart (as of October 2) of Spotify, the world's largest streaming company. Jungkook became the first Korean solo singer to have two or more number one songs in Spotify history.
Jungkook, who opened a new horizon as a male solo artist with 'Seven' and '3D', continued the global trend with his first solo album 'GOLDEN'.
