This is information regarding EXO Kai and D.O.'s birthday project, which ended on January 3.
Previously, on December 30, we confirmed that each rainbow donated to the two digital posters (Hongdae, Sinchon, and Gangnam) in the project was mostly earned from free charging stations through multiple accounts and fraudulent methods.
However, after the point was retrieved, the points were captured again in the above manner, and the free charging station was contacted to confirm that there was a random act of acquisition of points using the free charging station CS system.
As a result, the majority of the points donated to EXO's Kai and D.O.'s birthday projects were invalid, making it impossible to execute advertisements.
All accounts that have been confirmed to have committed an act of assuring, such as creating multiple accounts and obtaining points fraud, have been withdrawn.
We have completed the refund of the donated points to the account that participated reasonably.
From now on, we will strengthen the monitoring of the abusing behavior and deal with the problem strictly.
