From 9:47 a.m. on the 23rd, G-point accumulation details were not filled in the DB information, and the unpaid compensation was processed for 10 minutes from 1:40 p.m. to 50 p.m. for those who accessed the error.
However, today (26th) G-point precision log analysis confirmed that the points were already paid on the day of the error, and only the G-point accumulation DB information was not entered.
In other words, users received points normally, but the DB information was not entered, so the error message occurred as if they did not receive the payment finally, and Fan & Star was given additional G points.
Also, one G-point, which is provided daily as a fan bush benefit, was not filled in with DB information, which was repeatedly paid each time the page of the fan bush subscriber was loaded.
Therefore, we collected the overpaid G-point for 2 minutes from 3:30 p.m. today, so please refer to it.
