- Occurrence Period : October 22, 2025 – November 18, 2025
- Issue Details : An intermittent error where renewal payments failed for some members who purchased and were using the 1-month FANBERSHIP through the web.
- Compensation Details : Members whose FANBERSHIP was discontinued due to this error will be eligible to re-subscribe and receive the original renewal benefits.
*Members who completed a manual payment themselves will receive their original renewal benefits automatically.
