Greetings,
We would like to announce the guidelines of U+5G TMA ticket exchange and the timeline for this coming April 24th.
1. Exchange for FANN STAR Event Winners ( Roulette Event, SNS Supporters Event, Bingo Event )
1) FANN STAR Event Winners can exchange their rickets at THE FACT booth for those who already have exchange coupons, and at FANN STAR Ticket Booth for those who don't have the coupons yet.
2) FANN STAR Ticket Booth will be placed west side of the venue near the fountain square, and the claiming of the tickets will be available from 10 AM to 5:30 PM only.
3) Audience under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents. (Guardians must bring their own tickets as well)
4) Tickets are not transferable, and can be exchange only with immediate family members when submitting a family registration certificate with valid ID or Student ID.
2. Exchange for the Coupons ( SNS subcribe & FAN PD Event)
1) The exchange coupon holders can clain their tickets at THE FACT Ticket Booth.
2) THE FACT ticket booth will be located at the west side of the venue near the fountain square, and the claiming of the tickets will be available from 10 AM to 5:30PM only.
3) Audience under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents. (Guardians must bring their own tickets as well)
3. Seating arrangement per Event
1) First Roulette Event ( Ground Floor Standing )
2) Other Events will be arranged randomly from S class of 2nd floor and Standing of Ground Floor
4. Audience Reminders
1) Even though your ticket is Standing, it can be rearranged to seats for the safety of all audience.
2) Moving around or going beyond your seat or zone is prohibited. The audience can observe on their reserved seats only.
3) Lost/damaged tickets after claim cannot be replaced.
4) Those who claim standing tickets, the audience should be in the zone of corresponding entrance number until 5:45 PM. The audience will be restricted after 5:45 PM.
5) Entrance starts from 6 PM and kindly complete entrance until 6:30 PM.
6) There is a risk of safety accidents in the standing area and on the 2nd floor of the concert hall, so please refrain from standing up from the seats or running while moving around.
7) Audience seated at S and R zone on the second floor are prohibited from moving around are only allowed to observe on their seats.
8) Climbing on the chair or viewing on a walkway or stairway is prohibited.
9) In case of a designated seats, the steep incline may cause a safety accident. Please refrain from standing up or running while moving around.
10) Incheon Namdong Gymnasium is a public facility. Thus, all actions such as modification or damage of related facilities is prohibited.
