Q.

  Application
  Select global ADs or special ADs through a project type and fill out the application.
  
  - Project progress (star fundraising) is possible for a maximum of 10 weeks.
  - Please check the 'Star Calendar' for a detailed schedule of the project progress for up to 10 weeks.
  - Projects with a project duration of 10 weeks or less will be opened within 2-3 days from the set opening date. (Only projects approved after review by FAN N STAR are open)
  - If you are unable to set the anniversary and project progress period, please contact us at 'Contact Project‘.
  
  Please contact "project Inquiry" for other periods. (This is the case with Special ADs.) Please check the terms and conditions at the bottom of the application carefully and press the "Submit" button.
  * Only one global AD and one special AD can be done on the same subject for a specific artist. If more than two applications are received for the same advertisement, only one project will be opened each according to the application criteria.
  
  Progress
  Once a project is opened, you can proceed to “Star donation" of the product you want.
  Once you donated stars, it’s irrevocable and only "Star movement" is possible.
  
  If you proceed to "Star donation", "Star movement" button will be created and you can freely move points to other products within the project.
  * If successful, the remaining points can be moved to "Star Movement" with other products.
  (For example, if the target has been achieved from 20,000 CM board rainbow star to 20,2001 rainbows, one remaining rainbow star can be moved to another product.
  
  If you don't have the product you want in your project, you can add it to the "Add Product" button at the bottom.
  * You can add 1,000 additional points to each rainbow, and you can automatically apply points to the added products.
  
  Closing
  If any of the items are not achieved, all of the rainbow stars will be refunded.
  If the project is successful, the rainbow stars that was donated for the product other than the fixed one will be collected together after the closure.
  Additional advertisements may be carried out depending on the number of rainbow stars collected (excluding items for sale).
  
  Advertising Priorities
  1. The largest collection of goods by a rainbow star.
  2. Commodity (random) that fits the collected price of each rainbow.
  3. Goods can proceed with the collected number of rainbow-specific items. (random)
  * If the advertisement does not proceed at an additional rate, the remaining rainbow will not be refunded.
  
  Extract goods from the project list and show their inventory status
  SUCCESS = Target attainment + SUCCESS = additional attainment of products SOLD OUT = Sold Out Deadline = If there are no more than 3 items left on the product list
  
  *What is the "additional attainment of products"?
  This refers to a product that collects and advertises additional rainbow stars donated to all products except fixed products.
  
  Show End of Project
  - Achieving 0 Products = END
  - Achieve 1 or more products = SUCCESS
  - Success projects will be carried out as a 'certification shot event' according to the Ad start schedule
  Photoshoot event
  Successfully closed projects will proceed to the "Photoshoot event" to match the ad start date.

  Method of Participation
  1. Identify the location of Photoshop Upload in advance(The "Sharing" tab is automatically changed to the "Photoshoot" tab after the project closes.)
  2. When the advertising starts, you must hurry to take a photo op.
  3. Upload the photos in the photo section quickly to fill out the upload form.
  
  Gift
  - The first person to post photos for a project that started advertising will be given 100 rainbows.
  - The rest will receive three stars.
  * Photoshoots selected through a lottery will be shown in the FAN N STAR Maine.
  - Duplicate image used is not possible (delete processing)
  - Duplicate participation in the same product is not possible.
  - Content that is not related to Photoshoot can be deleted.
  - Please upload it according to the form.

Join & ID Restoration
- Q. Can I sign up more than one account?
  A. Creating several IDs without verifications are prohibited. Specially signing up with a lot of dummy emails, similar IDs (i.e., ABCD1, ABCD2,,,ABCD100), or repetitive IP addresses are detected, there may be disadvantageous.
  
  Q. How do I rejoin or restore my ID?
  A. The ID can only be restored after 6 months from account termination. Please inquire through the proposal inquiry.(fannstar@tf.co.kr)
  
  Q. Referrer
  A. Referrals can only be added for the IDs with mobile phone verification through direct subscription of FANNSTAR. Registration with SNS cannot input any referrals

Star Points
- Q. How do I use my Star Points?
  A. Daily stars can be used for voting (1 vote per star), nominations for group and solo rankings, and community recommendation boosters. Rainbow stars can be used for voting (5 votes per star), community special boosters, and Ads. donations.
  
  Q. Is there any expiration of star points?
  A. The expiration date for daily star is 15 days from the date of acquisition, and for rainbow stars is 1 year.
  
  Q. How do I turn off the Timed Star Event Notifications?
  A. Time Star Event Notifications can beturned off and on via Personal Settings -> APP Settings -> Alarm Settings after logging in to the timed star even application.
  
  Q. How do I collect Rainbow Stars?
  A. Rainbow stars can be obtained by paying, using a free charging station, winning a roulette event, winning the best post, and registering as a referral.

- Q. How can I be the Best Post?
  A. The best post is randomly selected by the editor based on the number of recommendations, shares, and comments.
  The possibility of being selected as best post goes up when you attach image files together with the texts, so please write as many as you can.

Idol Star
- Q. What should I do when my idol star is not in the list of My Idols?
  A. If your idol star is not registered in ‘My Idols’, you may request through ‘Inquiry’ page.
  
  Q. What should I do when my idol star is not on the list of Singer Ranking & Personal Rankings?
  A. If you can't find a candidate, you can add it yourself through the plus button at the bottom right of the page.(Adding idols stars needs 3 ordinary stars)

Q.
Nickname & SNS Account
- Q. Can I still change my Nickname?
  A. Nicknames can be edited/changed in ‘Edit My Personal Information’ page. If there’s any error occurring due to e-mail address, a different e-mail should be entered to successfully change the details.
  
  Q. How can I log in with different account?
  A. To log in with another account, kindly go to internet settings and delete cookies. Then you’ll be able to log in with different account.

Voting Period
- Q. Is there any deadline for voting?
  A. The singer, personal, and theme votes close at 12 p.m. every Monday. (Based on Korean time)

Q.
Profile Images or Nicknames
- Q. What do I do when the image attachment keeps on occurring errors?
  A. When there are errors occurring for image attachments, please check the image size or the format of the image since there’s limit to the attachments (Size = Below 5MB; Format = gif, png, jpg, jpeg only). If the error persists, you may also upload the images through the website.
  
  Q. How do I view the Fan Contributions?
  A. Fan Contributions can be viewed by scrolling down. If it does not appear right away, kindly keep on scrolling down.
