On the 23rd, label Pledis Entertainment announced: "TWS's second mini album 'SUMMER BEAT! has reached a pre-order level of 508,480 copies according to data from album distributor YG Plus."

This is a double figure compared to their first album and also confirms TWS' rapid growth since they released their debut album 'Sparkling Blue' in January with a total pre-order of 248,090 copies.

'Sparkling Blue', thanks to the great success of its title song 'Plot twist', sold about 200,000 more copies in the first month of release. As a result, total sales surpassed 500,000 copies and TWS became a 'half-million seller'.

After more than 5 months since their debut, TWS has achieved significant growth and is expected to set a new high record with the new album.

The management company said: “TWS continues to maintain their signature 'boyhood pop' style with lyrics that stimulate youthful emotions and refreshing melodies, and has also added diverse musical elements such as rock, boom and low clutch rhythms. They also introduced a new album with a summer sound, lyrics and energy from the six members”.

TWS will release their second mini album 'SUMMER BEAT!' on June 24 at 6 p.m.
