The first day of the '2024 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA)' awards ceremony was held at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka, Japan on the 7th, and the second day of the awards ceremony will follow on the 8th. The red carpet event on that day will begin at 4:30 PM, and the main awards ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM.

The '2024 The Fact Music Awards', now in its 7th year, has been showcasing spectacular stages that cannot be seen anywhere else every year, with the purpose of being an awards ceremony created by K-pop artists and fans.

This year, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of The Fact's first ceremony, it is being held overseas for the first time ever. On the first day of the awards ceremony, artists who are gaining hot popularity both domestically and internationally, such as Kim Jae-joong, Woo!ah!, NiziU, Kepler, n.SSign, Evnne, YOUNG POSSE, TWS, and Nexz, appeared and set the heat on.

The star of the 'Hot Stage of the Year', which garnered the most attention on the first day, was Kim Jae-joong. Celebrating his 20th debut anniversary this year, he won the 'Hot Stage of the Year' and 'Artist of the Year' awards on this day, proving his potential as a 'current K-pop legend' by becoming a two-time winner.

Lim Young-woong won four awards, including the 'Fan N Star Choice (Solo)' category, 'Fan N Star Best Music (Summer),' 'Fan N Star Best Music (Winter),' and 'Fan N Star Angel N Star. TWS won the 'Next Leader' and 'Artist of the Year' awards, as well as the 'Today's Choice' award, which is given based on on-site voting by the audience on the day. These three-time winners proved their presence as the best rookies.

Stages prepared just for 'The Fact Music Awards' were also performed, adding to the specialness of the awards ceremony. Kepler, who appeared on the opening stage, opened the awards ceremony with a powerful performance cover stage of top boy groups including Stray Kids' 'MANIAC', SHINee's 'Juliette', and Super Junior's 'Devil'.

n.SSign decorated the stage with 56 dancers and TVXQ's 'Rising Sun'. The homage stage recreated with a powerful performance created a meaningful scene. Nexz also left a strong impression on K-pop fans around the world with a stage where they reinterpreted Timberland N Magoo's 'Drop' in their own style.
