Kim Saet-byeol] Singer Chungha Resigns as DJ After 1 Year.
On the 30th, her management company
Morevision announced, "Chungha will leave KBS Cool FM's 'Volume Up' after
its broadcast on October 6th."
Accordingly, Chungha will hold her last
live broadcast on October 4 and say her final goodbyes to listeners through
recorded broadcasts on the 5th and 6th.
After being selected as the DJ for Volume
Up on October 2 last year, Chungha shared various stories and deep sympathy
with listeners throughout the year. In particular, she received much love for
her signature calm voice and comfortable charm.
Chungha looked back on the past year and
said, "I spent a precious time that I will remember for the rest of my
life and that I have never experienced anywhere else." She then expressed
his regret, "I grew a lot thanks to your constant care and warm embrace
during the days when I was lacking. I think I will feel very empty for a
while."
From now on, I plan to focus on my main
work. Chungha said, “I made the difficult decision to leave the show because I
felt the need to focus more on my music activities,” and promised, “I will
return as a better singer because I made a difficult choice.”
Finally, she said, “Thank you to everyone
who joined us. Please give ‘Volume Up’ a lot of love in the future.”
