[The Fact | Reporter Saet Byul] The group aespa successfully held a concert in Los Angeles after two shows in Seattle and Oakland, and donated a portion of the proceeds, making the event even more meaningful.
On February 1 (local time), aespa held the concert “aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK: PARALLEL LINE” at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. All tickets were sold out, with over 12,000 people attending.
During the performance, aespa delivered explosive performances of three of last year's biggest hits - "Supernova", "Armageddon" and "Whiplash", along with each member's solo songs and many others, creating a colorful night of music.
Notably, the event also had the participation of Tori Kelly, an American singer-songwriter who has won two Grammy Awards, and Suho (EXO) - aespa's senior labelmate, adding to the attraction of the night.
This is the third time aespa has performed in LA. After the showcase at YouTube Theater in 2022, the first North American tour at Crypto.com Arena in 2023, aespa continued to make a mark with this performance. The group shared: "We know that there are many fans in LA waiting for us. We have also been looking forward to seeing you again!"
Notably, aespa announced that a portion of the proceeds from the concert will be donated to support victims of the recent LA wildfires, making the event even more meaningful.
After LA, aespa will continue their tour in Mexico City on February 4.
