ENHYPEN won 'Icon of the Year' at the '2025 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA)' held at the Macao Outdoor Performance Venue (澳門戶外表演區) on the afternoon of the 20th (local time), proving their unrivaled popularity as a global K-pop group.
At the 2025 The Fact Music Awards, ENHYPEN achieved the feat of winning three awards, including "Icon of the Year," "Artist of the Year," and "Today's Choice," which is determined by the audience's vote.
Member Heeseung said, "Thank you for giving us this meaningful award, following these two honorable awards. I also want to sincerely say a word to ENGENE. I love you."
ENHYPEN received immense love for their sixth mini-album, "DESIRE: UNLEASH," released in June. The album quickly rose to the top of global charts, proving its widespread popularity. According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, it sold over 250,000 copies last month, earning a platinum gold disc certification.
The "2025 The Fact Music Awards," which has grown beyond Korea into Asia's premier premium K-pop festival, welcomed global fans with top-notch performances from NEXZ, MEOVV, BOYNEXTDOOR, Stray Kids, IVE, AHOF, aespa, NMIXX, NCT WISH, ENHYPEN, ZEROBASEONE, CLOSE YOUR EYES, KiiiKiii, TWS, and Hearts2Hearts (in alphabetical order).
The event featured special performances exclusive to the "2025 The Fact Music Awards," including the opening performance by AHOF, Close Your Eyes, KiiiKiii, and HEARTS, which paid homage to the hit songs of legendary K-pop artists. The event also featured the first collaboration between AHOF and Close Your Eyes, a duet between IVE's LeeSeo and NMIXX's Gyujin, and an emotional duet between ZEROBASEONE's Zhang Hao and Ricky.
The '2025 The Fact Music Awards', hosted by <The Fact> and organized by Fan N Star and The Square ENM, reached fans not only at the venue but also around the world through live streaming on Naver CHZZK in Korea, Niconico in Japan, and global content distribution platform Mifashow in other countries.
