First Ride is a comedy film about lifelong friends taking their first overseas trip together. The main cast includes Kang Ha-neul, Kim Young-kwang, Kang Young-seok, and Han Sun-hwa, each portraying characters with distinct personalities. In his video letter, Cha Eun-woo expressed his deep affection while sharing his thoughts on filming with the First Ride team. He urged the audience to enjoy the movie in theaters, saying, "I hope you can feel the memories, nostalgia, and passion of school days once again."
Although Cha Eun-woo is currently serving in the military and unable to participate in promotional activities, he greeted fans with a handwritten message. He expressed regret about not being able to join the filming on site, saying, "First Ride is a project we worked on very hard and joyfully." Cha Eun-woo enlisted in July and led a salute as the company representative at the graduation ceremony held at the Army Training Center in Nonsan, Chungnam. His scheduled discharge date is January 27, 2027.
