
The group CORTIS successfully completed their first performance in Japan at the Tokyo Dome. On November 3rd, they took the stage at 'MUSIC EXPO LIVE 2025' held at Tokyo Dome, performing alongside leading K-pop groups and popular local artists. CORTIS attracted significant attention after being invited to this event just three days after their debut.
During the performance, CORTIS consecutively sang four songs including their title track "What You Want," as well as "FaSHioN," "GO!," and "JoyRide." Their overwhelming performance and unwavering vocal skills drew enthusiastic responses from the audience. Cheers and support chants filled the venue, reflecting their growing popularity.
Their agency stated that CORTIS's stage manners were "more than enough to captivate the local audience despite being rookies." The five members freely moved between the main stage and the extended stage, enhancing communication with the audience.
CORTIS is currently active in both the United States and Japan. On November 3rd, they performed "FaSHioN" on Japan's representative music show 'CDTV Live! Live!' and are scheduled to appear on Nihon TV's 'Buzz Rhythm 02' on November 7th.
Meanwhile, according to the latest charts released by the American music media Billboard, CORTIS's debut album "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES" ranked 3rd on the 'World Albums' chart, marking eight consecutive weeks on the chart. Additionally, it placed 40th on the 'Top Album Sales' and 31st on the 'Top Current Album Sales' charts in the United States.
CORTIS's performance in Japan and their chart achievements demonstrate their solidifying presence in the global market. They plan to continue engaging with fans through various activities in the future.
