Baekho revealed that he successfully lost weight. On the November 5th broadcast of SBS PowerFM's "Escape at 2 O'clock Cultwo Show," Baekho appeared as a special DJ. On that day's show, Hong Yunhwa appeared as a guest.

When asked, "Do you eat a lot? How many ramen do you eat?" Baekho replied, "I eat a lot by my standards. I eat two or three packs of ramen." Hwang Chi-yeul, who was his vocal coach, testified, "Baekho used to weigh a lot and then lost weight. Even when I saw him 14 years ago, he was cute but looked like a baby tiger." When asked how much weight he lost, Baekho said, "I don't know exactly, but it fluctuates around 10 kg."

Regarding the dining culture of NU'EST, Baekho explained, "Actually, our group members all have small appetites. There aren't many who eat a lot. Usually, each person finishes their own food. Since there are five of us, if we order five servings, that's usually it." He added, "There's a certain atmosphere when eating together. If everyone eats a lot, you end up eating more, but if you eat with friends who have small appetites, I also eat less."

Hwang Chi-yeul is known as a big eater, and according to the production team's report, he ate two large bowls of jokbal by himself at the "Cultwo Show" gathering. Hwang Chi-yeul explained, "That's a misunderstanding. I ate what was there and then ordered a new one, so it looks like I ate two bowls, but I actually ate one bowl." However, Hong Yunhwa expressed surprise, saying, "The large jokbal is the front leg. Oppa ate it all by himself up to the shoulder."

Hong Yunhwa claimed about herself, "I'm not a big eater, but a gourmet," and said, "I've never eaten more than two servings of samgyeopsal by myself." She continued, "After eating samgyeopsal, then doenjang jjigae, one water cold noodle, and one bibim cold noodle, I go around and eat one serving of pork neck and skirt meat. The relay is long, but I don't eat a lot of one dish," and humorously told Hwang Chi-yeul, "That's why they call you a big eater," causing laughter.

Baekho was born in July 1995 and is 30 years old. He is a member of the group NU'EST, which debuted in 2012. After the group disbanded in 2022, he has been active as a solo singer, gaining nicknames such as "Waterbomb God" and "Waterbomb Hot Guy" for his sexy performance at Waterbomb.
