The group &TEAM has once again reached the top of the Oricon chart in Japan. &TEAM's Japanese version of "Back to Life" ranked number one on the Oricon Daily Digital Single Ranking dated November 28. This song is the Japanese lyric version of the title track from &TEAM's first Korean mini-album, and it topped the chart as soon as the digital release was made. Previously, &TEAM had also ranked first on the Oricon Weekly Album Ranking with their first Korean mini-album.
On November 30, &TEAM held a fan showcase at Tokyo Roppongi Hills Arena. The event was organized to celebrate achieving million-seller status in both Korea and Japan, with about 2,000 attendees selected through a pre-draw. Additionally, fans from 147 countries around the world watched the event live via Weverse, YouTube, and TikTok. The combined peak concurrent viewers reached approximately 116,000.
At the showcase, &TEAM performed the Japanese version of "Back to Life" along with other tracks from their first mini-album, including "Lunatic," "MISMATCH," and "Who Am I." &TEAM also achieved success overseas by ranking number one on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart dated November 29. The members expressed, "Thanks to our fandom LUNÉ," and added, "There were challenging moments over the past three years, but with your support, we truly felt our performances reached the world."
&TEAM conveyed their intention to perform next year in regions where they have not yet appeared on stage, such as Europe and the United States. They emphasized communication with fans while pledging to achieve greater growth.
Meanwhile, &TEAM plans to conclude the year by performing at various year-end stages, including the Music Bank Global Festival in Japan, 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon with Bithumb, and NHK's Kouhaku Uta Gassen. These year-end performances are expected to serve as an opportunity to further expand &TEAM's activities.
