RIIZE achieves first full-length album 'Million Seller' status... Global sprint with world tour




The group RIIZE made 2025 a meaningful year through their first full-length album and first world tour. They summarized their achievements over the year with three keywords. The first keyword is "RIIZE Identity = First Full-Length Album." In May 2025, RIIZE released their first full-length album, ODYSSEY, expanding the scope of their unique genre, "emotional pop." The album contains a total of 10 tracks, including the title track "Fly Up," and was loved as a well-made album harmonizing various music styles such as dance, hip-hop, and ballads. Wonbin said, "If someone asks what kind of group RIIZE is, this album alone would be enough to explain." Anton described it as "RIIZE's identity," explaining, "While preparing this album, which can be seen as the beginning of RIIZE's journey, I gained the courage to run toward our dreams and goals." In November, they released the single "Fame," reflecting on their artistic ideals and revealing the new side of RIIZE.


The second keyword is "RIIZE Proof = Stage." Starting in July, RIIZE began their first world tour, RIIZING LOUD. Beginning in Seoul, they toured 21 locations including Hyogo, Hong Kong, Saitama, Hiroshima, Kuala Lumpur, Fukuoka, Taipei, Tokyo, Bangkok, Rosemont, New York, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Jakarta, Manila, Singapore, and Macau, connecting with approximately 31,000 audience members. RIIZE became the first K-pop idol group to perform at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas, USA, overwhelming the venue with live hand-mic performances. They are set to enter Tokyo Dome in February 2026 as the "fastest K-pop boy group" to do so and will hold their finale concert at Seoul KSPO Dome in March. Afterwards, they plan to perform consecutively at the global music festival Lollapalooza South America in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.

The third keyword is "RIIZE Career = Upcurve." RIIZE showed steady growth on major domestic and international charts this year. Their first full-length album ODYSSEY became their third consecutive million-seller, ranking first on the Circle Monthly Retail Album Chart, first on China's QQ Music Digital Album Sales Chart with a "Platinum" certification, receiving the Japan Record Association Gold Disc "Gold" certification, topping the Oricon Weekly Overseas Album Chart, and reaching third on Melon TOP100 and first on HOT100. The single "Fame" achieved 10 million streams on Spotify within two weeks of its release. Recognized as artists who elevated the status of K-pop, RIIZE received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Commendation at the 16th Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards. They garnered a total of eight awards at year-end ceremonies including MMA, MAMA, AAA, and KGMA, attracting significant attention. RIIZE's discography was highlighted by major overseas media such as Billboard (USA), Clash (UK), and Dazed, and they also won a trophy at the large-scale Chinese music awards TIMA.

These achievements prove RIIZE's global popularity and raise expectations for their new journey unfolding in 2026. Through various musical experiments and stage experiences this year, RIIZE has established their identity, strengthened communication with fans, and continues to grow.
