Singer Park Bom has expressed her grievances regarding past drug allegations and released a handwritten letter targeting fellow group member Sandara Park. On the 3rd, Park Bom posted a lengthy message titled "To the People" on her social media. In the post, she addressed her health condition and her stance on the past controversy.

Park Bom claimed that she is a patient with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and that the Adderall she took for treatment is not a drug. She emphasized, "That is not a drug. I am an ADD patient," explaining that there were no laws related to Adderall in Korea at the time. She then mentioned Sandara Park, alleging, "They caught me for drugs and made Park Bom a drug addict to cover it up."

Park Bom appealed to her former agency, YG Entertainment, saying, "Do not report to the country that Park Bom used more than the prescribed amount of drugs that have not been used for almost 30 years," expressing her frustration. She revealed her emotions by stating, "I write this because it feels like my soul is crying."

In response, Sandara Park's agency, Abyss Company, stated that it is difficult to verify Park Bom's claims as the contract has expired. Additionally, a close associate of Sandara Park said, "This is groundless. Sandara Park is concerned about Park Bom's current health."

Park Bom was once caught importing 82 Adderall pills into the country via international express delivery in 2010 and received a suspended indictment. At that time, the prosecution confirmed it was for treatment purposes and exempted her from punishment. However, through this letter, Park Bom claims that the past controversy is working against her and mentioned her relationship with Sandara Park.

Since August last year, Park Bom has halted all activities due to health issues. At that time, her agency D Nation stated that Park Bom was emotionally very unstable and needed to focus on treatment and recovery. Recently, Park Bom has posted several messages on social media, causing confusion and raising concerns.

Park Bom previously announced her intention to sue Yang Hyun-suk of YG Entertainment, mentioning settlement issues. She claimed, "The defendant did not properly pay the profits generated from all activities including music releases, performances, broadcasts, advertisements, events, songwriting, and composing in which the plaintiff participated." Regarding this, D Nation stated that the settlement related to Park Bom's 2NE1 activities has been completed and that no lawsuit has been filed.
