Enhypen is preparing new communication with fans by introducing the team's official character, 'ENCHIN.'

On the 7th, Enhypen revealed the illustration of the 'ENCHIN' character through their official SNS. 'ENCHIN' means a friend of the fandom name ENGENE and is set as a being that brings luck and comfort to fans' daily lives.

According to the official description, ENCHIN is a character that appears when people need laughter or comfort and delivers happiness. ENCHIN can accompany you anywhere with a bag containing the Enhypen light stick, ENGENE Bong.

ENCHIN consists of six characters created based on the members' personalities and images. Each character—Wonchu (Jungwon), Noksta (Jay), Jayki (Jake), Snowy (Sunghoon), Kishu (Sunoo), and Phuni (Niki)—has visuals and settings reflecting the members' moods and personalities.

The abilities of each character embody the members' traits. Wonchu spreads positive energy with jelly-like soft paw handshakes, Noksta delivers energy through guitar playing, Jayki is an energetic dog character that encourages courage, Snowy is portrayed as a white dog concept conveying warm comfort, Kishu is a friendship character who does anything for friends, and Phuni plays the role of bringing luck to help make the right choices.

The Enhypen members also directly participated in the character creation process. The making-of videos released on the official YouTube channel on the 5th and 6th showed the members discussing the characters' names, appearances, preferences, and abilities together. The members actively contributed opinions on detailed settings to enhance the characters' completeness.

Going forward, Enhypen plans to sequentially release various projects and content utilizing 'ENCHIN.'
