BTS's 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN MEXICO CITY' concert held at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City was sold out. Approximately 150,000 spectators attended the concert held over three days on the 7th, 9th, and 10th.

This concert was BTS's first full-group solo concert in Mexico in about 10 years and 10 months since July 2015, and all tickets were sold out immediately upon release. Fans who could not get tickets gathered around the stadium, and local authorities estimated that about 35,000 people gathered around the venue on the second and third days of the concert. Some roads were temporarily closed due to the crowd in certain areas. The LA Times reported that over one million people attempted to purchase tickets, and those who could not enter gathered around the venue.

BTS spontaneously performed "Airplane pt.2" during the concert, and the lyrics "We goin' from Mexico City" drew enthusiastic responses from the audience. The audience sang along to the Korean lyrics, showing a passionate reaction. Also, dancers wearing traditional Mexican pro wrestling lucha libre masks appeared on the "Aliens" stage, and a scene of V enjoying the local snack banderilla during the "IDOL" performance spread on social media.

After the concert, the members shared their thoughts, saying, "You were truly the best. What more can we say? We will definitely come back to Mexico," and "We will never forget the energy that continued from the Zócalo square. We leave with many good memories of Mexico."

The Mexico City Chamber of Commerce estimated that this concert would generate an economic effect of about $107.5 million (approximately 155.7 billion KRW), including ticket sales, air travel, accommodation, food and beverage, and local business consumption. The accommodation sector was estimated at about $17 million (approximately 24.6 billion KRW), and food, beverage, and service consumption at about $2.18 million (approximately 3.2 billion KRW).

Before the Mexico City concert, BTS visited the presidential office at the invitation of President Claudia Sheinbaum and greeted fans gathered in the square from the presidential office balcony.

Meanwhile, BTS is scheduled to continue their performances at Stanford Stadium on the 16th, 17th, and 19th. The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) announced plans to operate special bus routes for this concert.
