When Drake mentioned BTS in his new song, V immediately responded.

On the 15th, V shared a video on his Instagram Story of him and member J-Hope listening to Drake’s new song ″Make Them Cry.″ In the video, the two danced while listening to the song and showed surprised reactions as they looked at each other when the lyrics mentioned ″BTS.″

The first track of Drake’s ninth studio album Iceman, ″Make Them Cry,″ includes the lyrics, ″I’m feeling like BTS ’cause it took the whole career for me to be so discovered.″ Through this lyric, Drake compared his success journey to that of BTS.

BTS and Drake first met at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards. In an interview with Rolling Stone that same year, J-Hope mentioned Drake as an artist he wanted to collaborate with, and RM agreed, saying, ″Drake is really like the ultimate goal.
