BTS (BTS·RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook)’s fifth full-length album ’Arirang’ is showing steady upward momentum on major global charts.

’Arirang’ ranked number one on Spotify’s ’Weekly Top Albums Global’ chart during the tracking period from May 8 to May 14. The title track ’SWIM’ reached number three on the ’Weekly Top Songs Global’ chart during the same period. On May 14, it ranked third on the ’Daily Top Songs Global’ chart, maintaining a top 3 position for 56 consecutive days. All 13 vocal tracks on the album also set a record by charting for eight consecutive weeks.

On the UK Official Charts, ’Arirang’ entered the ’Official Albums Top 100’ at number 26 for the week of May 15 to May 21, marking its eighth consecutive week on the chart. Additionally, it ranked 30th on the ’Official Albums Streaming’ chart, 25th on the ’Scottish Albums’ chart, 26th on the ’Official Physical Albums’ chart, and 32nd on the ’Official Vinyl Albums’ chart. ’SWIM’ ranked 51st on the ’Official Singles Top 100’, 41st on the ’Official Singles Downloads’, and 44th on the ’Official Singles Sales’ charts.

The album also stood out on European and Oceanian charts. On the German Offizielle Deutsche Charts ’Top 100 Albums’ chart dated May 15, it ranked sixth, marking eight consecutive weeks in the top 10. On the Australian ARIA ’Top 50 Albums’ chart dated May 18, it ranked seventh, and 16th on the ’Top 20 Vinyl Albums’ chart. On the French SNEP ’Top Albums’ chart for May 8 to May 14, it reached eighth place.

On the Japanese Oricon charts dated May 18, ’Arirang’ rose two spots and one spot respectively to third place on the ’Weekly Combined Albums Ranking’ and ’Weekly Albums Ranking’, and also ranked seventh on the ’Weekly Digital Albums Ranking’.

BTS will hold concerts at Stanford Stadium in the United States on May 17, 18, and 20, becoming the first Korean artist to do so. In addition, in July, they will perform as co-headliners alongside Madonna and Shakira at the halftime show of the ’2026 FIFA North, Central America, and Caribbean World CupTM’ final.
