BTS's 5th Full Album 'Arirang' Tops Spotify Weekly Album Chart... 'Swim' Ranks 3rd on Global Top Songs

BTS’s fifth studio album, ″Arirang,″ ranked first on the global music streaming platform Spotify’s ″Weekly Top Albums Global″ chart (May 8–14). Big Hit Music announced on the 16th that the album maintained its top position for two consecutive weeks following last week.
The title track ″Swim″ ranked third on Spotify’s ″Weekly Top Songs Global″ chart during the same period. All 13 vocal tracks on the album, including ″Swim,″ have remained on the charts for eight consecutive weeks. Additionally, ″Swim″ ranked third on Spotify’s ″Daily Top Songs Global″ chart (May 14), maintaining a top 3 position for 56 days.
BTS’s ″Arirang″ also showed steady performance on the UK Official Charts. It ranked 26th on the ″Official Albums Top 100″ (May 15–21), while ″Swim″ ranked 51st on the ″Official Singles Top 100.″
Meanwhile, BTS is set to hold a solo concert for three days at Stanford Stadium in the United States on the 17th, 18th, and 20th (local time), becoming the first Korean artist to do so. In July, they will appear as co-headliners alongside Madonna and Shakira at the halftime show of the 2026 FIFA North and Central America World Cup final.
