LE SSERAFIM member Kim Chaewon has temporarily suspended activities due to health issues.

Source Music stated in an official position on the 19th that Kim Chaewon recently experienced pain in her neck area and received hospital treatment. Medical staff advised her to rest for a certain period and monitor her recovery progress. Accordingly, Kim Chaewon will not participate in already scheduled events such as university festivals, ’Spotify PURE FLOWERS LIVE,’ and music shows.

Source Music said they will prioritize the artist’s health and safety and support Kim Chaewon to fully recover. They also explained that future schedules will be managed flexibly depending on Kim Chaewon’s recovery status.

Kim Chaewon’s neck pain was also apparent during recent stages and live broadcasts. While performing the song ″CELEBRATION″ at Soongsil University’s festival stage, she appeared to strain her neck, and during a live broadcast, she directly mentioned the pain by saying, ″Ah, my neck hurts.″

LE SSERAFIM is scheduled to release their second full-length album ’PUREFLOW pt.1’ at 1 PM on the 22nd. The album includes a total of 11 tracks, including the title track ″BOOMPALA″ and the lead single ″CELEBRATION.″ Due to Kim Chaewon’s health issues, LE SSERAFIM will make their comeback as a four-member group.
