BTS's Jungkook Confesses, "I Want to Be an INTJ"... What Is the Reason?

Jungkook of the group BTS has garnered immense empathy from international fans after opening up about his personality type (MBTI) and expressing a unique admiration for the "J" (Judging) trait, which represents a thoroughly organized and planned lifestyle.
In a recently uploaded interview video titled "7 Minutes 37 Seconds of Handsome Therapy, BTS Jungkook's Trivia Dictionary" on the official YouTube channel of fashion magazine Harper's BAZAAR Korea, Jungkook filled out his own profile card and shared a variety of interesting behind-the-scenes stories that fans have been eager to know.
What particularly caught everyone's attention during the interview was Jungkook's discussion regarding MBTI. While identifying his current personality type as the free-spirited and gentle "ISFP," Jungkook surprised viewers by admitting, "Honestly, I want to be an 'INTJ.'"
Reflecting on his personality, Jungkook stated, "I have a tendency to think too realistically, and I feel like my F (Feeling) and T (Thinking) traits are split almost half and half. Because of that, there are quite a few times when I struggle to fully empathize with others."
He then went on to explain the crucial reason behind why he envies the highly structured "J" trait. Explaining his admiration, Jungkook shared, "When I see people around me who have the 'J' trait, I think they look incredibly cool. They plan everything meticulously and perfectly regulate themselves according to those plans. Those disciplined habits look genuinely admirable to me." While Jungkook exhibits ultimate perfectionism and strict self-discipline as a performer on stage, he humorously expressed his personal wish to become a highly organized individual who manages his daily life according to a set schedule.
Global fans (ARMY) who watched Jungkook's candid interview flooded the section with passionate support, commenting, "Jungkook already looks like a flawless INTJ given how he carries himself on stage, so it's adorable that he admires 'J' types," "Who cares if you're an ISFP? Jungkook's entire existence is already absolute perfection to ARMY," and "It's amazing because you can tell he wants to control himself perfectly simply because he is so deeply dedicated to his main career."
