Lim Young Woong fan club donates 6.16 million won on 36th birthday...supporting vulnerable groups and single mothers

The fan clubs of Lim Young Woong, ’Cheonan·Asan Hero Era’ and ’Busan Hero Era Study House,’ carried out various sharing activities for the local community to celebrate Lim Young Woong’s birthday.
’Cheonan·Asan Hero Era’ (President Yoon Ok-ja) donated 6.16 million won to the welfare facilities ’Salvation Army Areumdri’ and ’Cheonan New Hope House’ on the 11th, ahead of Lim Young Woong’s birthday on June 16. This donation was raised voluntarily by 74 fans from the Cheonan and Asan areas, and the funds will be used to support vulnerable children and single-mother families within the facilities. President Yoon Ok-ja said, ″We are very happy and honored to extend a warm hand to the children and mothers in our community, as well as those preparing for a new start, on Lim Young Woong’s birthday. I sincerely thank the members who willingly joined in this cause, and I hope our small contribution will bring warm comfort and a foundation for independence to them.″ Kim Mi-sook, director of Salvation Army Areumdri and Cheonan New Hope House, stated, ″Thanks to this precious donation, we are very pleased as it greatly helps the operation of our facilities. The donation will be transparently used for the operation of safe childbirth support facilities for single mothers, support for healthy child-rearing, and settlement funds for those leaving the facility, focusing on the most needed areas.″
Meanwhile, ’Busan Hero Era Study House’ conducted the 57th lunchbox sharing volunteer service at Busan Briquette Bank Bapsang Community on June 10 and delivered a special donation of 5 million won. Members cooked galbitang on-site and served it to the elderly, also handing out boxes of glutinous rice donuts. Over the past six years, ’Busan Hero Era Study House’ has maintained a monthly regular donation of 700,000 won along with special donations, with the total accumulated donations, including this special contribution, reaching 103,740,450 won. The fan club stated, ″Under the slogan ’The power of together, not alone,’ we will continue to provide ongoing support and volunteer work for marginalized neighbors and elderly living alone.″ A representative from Busan Briquette Bank expressed gratitude, saying, ″We deeply thank the members of Busan Hero Era Study House who have stood by the local elderly with unwavering hearts for six years.″
’Busan Hero Era Study House’ operates a ’study room’ every Saturday and Sunday, educating members on various voting methods and music streaming guides, and also runs a ’health dance class’ choreographed to Lim Young Woong’s songs.
The fan club ’Hero Era’ of Lim Young Woong consistently carries out donations and volunteer activities nationwide on special occasions such as birthdays and debut anniversaries.
