The agency reported that Kim Garam has been consistently training and researching to improve her acting skills and has shown remarkable growth in a short period. They emphasized that she is dedicated to self-development by challenging herself in various fields such as learning English and Japanese and playing the guitar. They added that she invests most of her time preparing to fulfill her dream of becoming an actor and highly values her continuous efforts to address her shortcomings. After internal discussions, they judged that her growth potential and talent were significant and decided to sign the exclusive contract. They plan to provide full support for Kim Garam’s wide-ranging future activities.

Kim Garam debuted as a member of LE SSERAFIM in May 2022 but left the team amid allegations of school violence. At the time of her departure, Kim Garam fully denied the allegations, stating, ″I have never hit or been violent toward anyone even once. I was never forcibly transferred. I have never drunk alcohol or smoked. I have never bullied or ostracized anyone.″

Since then, Kim Garam has launched a YouTube channel where she shares videos of her daily life, including studying in a university library and taking acting lessons.
