To celebrate Lim Young Woong’s birthday, the fan club Hero Era volunteer sharing group ″Raon″ carried out volunteer and donation activities at Rodem House, a facility for children with severe disabilities.

On June 20, ″Raon″ conducted its 60th meal service at Rodem House located in Yangpyeong and delivered a total of 17.02 million KRW in sponsorship funds. This amount includes 2.02 million KRW for meal sponsorship and 15 million KRW as a construction support fund for facility reconstruction. Members of ″Raon″ support Rodem House monthly with meal expenses and supplies and also participate directly in kitchen volunteering.

To commemorate Lim Young Woong’s birthday on June 16, a variety of foods were provided during this meal service, including seaweed soup, bulgogi, japchae, mini pork cutlets, corn vegetable pancakes, crab stick salad, stir-fried pumpkin, and soybean rice cakes. Snacks such as candy, cookies, milk, beverages, bananas, Korean melons, oranges, and watermelon were also prepared. Additionally, 10 kg of Korean beef (brisket) was donated as ingredients.

The construction fund support for Rodem House was made for the third time, following Lim Young Woong’s birthday and Christmas last year, with a cumulative total of 43 million KRW in construction donations over the three occasions. Lee Jung-soon, director of Rodem House, said, ″I am deeply moved and sincerely grateful to the ’Raon’ members who practice warm sharing, the true strength that stays by our side in difficult times.″

Over the past six years, ″Raon″ has continued meal volunteering and youth independence support not only at Rodem House but also in places such as shantytowns, Yongsan box villages, the Seoul Child Welfare Association, and ″People Selling Hope,″ and has consistently supported children with severe illnesses through Seoul National University Children’s Hospital. The recent cumulative donation amount, including support for Rodem House reconstruction costs, reaches 238.46 million KRW.

A representative of ″Raon″ expressed their intention to continue striving to deliver warm care to marginalized neighbors in the future.
