BTS Jungkook once again demonstrated his global influence through his SNS activities.

On June 20, Jungkook changed his Instagram profile picture to characters David and Lucy from the animation Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. In response, Netflix Brazil’s official X account changed its header image to a scene featuring David and Lucy together and updated its account description to ″Jungkook Assistam Cyberpunk:Mercenarios.(Jungkook Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.)″

Previously, after watching Netflix’s popular animation Kpop Demon Hunters, Jungkook revealed in a live broadcast that he cried while watching it. He shared tears with fans as they rewatched the scene where he runs onto the stage and the sacrifice scene of Jinwoo in the show. In response, Netflix’s official X account used a captured photo of Jungkook crying as the header image and posted the description ″Jungkook watched Kpop demon hunters.″

In 2022, Jungkook also showed his influence when his remark ″Is this... Chicolé??″ led the American food chain Chipotle’s X profile name to be changed to Chicotle.
