Kim Moon-gi will appear in ENA’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ″New Recruit 4: Sabotage.″

On the 22nd, his agency Golden Moon Entertainment announced, ″Kim Moon-gi has been cast in ENA’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ’New Recruit 4: Sabotage’.″ Kim Moon-gi will play the role of training camp instructor Won Yong-ho. Won Yong-ho is an FM instructor who causes PTSD to anyone who has completed military service. He is known as an ″ace instructor″ who disciplines trainees calmly without swearing, even when angry, and does not punish or conduct military discipline training without reason.

″New Recruit 4: Sabotage″ is a drama depicting military life as Corporal Park Min-seok (played by Kim Min-ho), who has been promoted and faces more worries, Sergeant Choi Il-gu (played by Nam Tae-woo), who has returned, and a mysterious new recruit and battalion commander appear, leading to a combat-ready state. It is based on the mega-hit animation of the same name and has aired up to season 3 since its first season in 2022.

Kim Moon-gi has previously showcased his acting skills in various works such as the short-form drama ″New Love Playlist″ and the ENA drama ″Honor: Her Court.″ In the recently concluded TVING original ″Becoming a Cooking Soldier Legend,″ he played Private Pyo Ji-yong, a troublemaker at Ganglim Outpost, and he also performed as ″Salty Ji-yong″ in the imaginary group ″Mikak Boys.″

ENA’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ″New Recruit 4: Sabotage″ is scheduled to air in the second half of this year and will be available on KT Genie TV.
