On this day, a married man shared that his wife secretly underwent breast surgery due to her breast complex, which later caused conflicts between the couple. The man said he advised against the surgery, but his wife went through with it secretly, leading to a major argument between them.

In response, Jang Sung-kyu confessed that he also had breast surgery due to gynecomastia. He said he had the surgery without consulting his wife, who had known about his stress over gynecomastia since they were dating. Jang said, ″Since I was very satisfied, she accepted it,″ and revealed that he had always been embarrassed and had poor posture because of his chest.
