Ok Joo-hyun readdresses the 'Ok Jangpan controversy'... expresses that Kim Ho-young did not apologize

Since Ok Joo-hyun mentioned the ’Okjangpan controversy’ that arose about four years ago, criticism has continued on Kim Ho-young’s social media.
Kim Ho-young is currently traveling in New York, USA, and posted recent photos on his SNS two days ago. The post received various malicious comments such as, ″You used to be like siblings. A lot of time has passed, and I hope you apologize to Ok Joo-hyun and resolve things well,″ ″You got involved with Okjangpan the wrong way,″ and ″Let’s not talk nonsense. Who is speaking rudely to whom? Don’t be a singer, don’t be a musical actor. Reflect on yourself.″
On the 6th, Ok Joo-hyun revealed through a fan communication platform that she only heard from Kim Ho-young, ″Thank you for withdrawing the lawsuit. But I never targeted you,″ and that she ultimately did not receive an apology. She also shared her position on her personal SNS on the 8th. Ok Joo-hyun stated, ″After hearing (Kim Ho-young’s) explanation, I decided not to discuss this issue any further. However, the frame did not disappear over time. Nevertheless, I remained silent because I did not want to cause harm to the work, the production company, or my colleagues.″ She also said, ″The frame called ’Okjangpan,’ which started from one person’s words, became a nickname attached to my name, and since then, I have had to endure the suspicions, ridicule, and criticism created by that word for a long time.″ She added, ″That word did not end as a simple joke or incident. It actually affected my image, advertisements, and work activities, and even when choosing or giving up projects, I had to worry whether that frame would become a burden to others.″
The ’Okjangpan controversy’ was an incident about four years ago during suspicions of nepotistic casting related to the musical ’Elisabeth,’ where Kim Ho-young posted on SNS, ″Asaripan is an old term. Now it’s Okjangpan,″ which was interpreted as targeting Ok Joo-hyun.
