Cortis 'REDRED' tops Apple Music Top 100 for 73 days and surpasses 100 million on Spotify... longest record this year

CORTIS set the record for the longest time at number one this year among Korean songs with the title track ″REDRED″ from their second mini-album ″GREENGREEN.″
BigHit Music announced on the 8th that ″REDRED″ achieved its 73rd number one on Apple Music’s ″Today’s Top 100: South Korea″ chart the previous day. The song first reached the top on April 26 and maintained the number one position for 73 consecutive days, marking the longest period at number one this year for a Korean song on that chart. Additionally, it became the third longest-running number one song on the overall chart.
″REDRED″ also showed strong performance on the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify. As of the 16th of last month, it surpassed 100 million streams, achieving this milestone 57 days after its release. It is the fastest K-pop boy group song debuted in the last five years to reach 100 million streams.
The song also stood out on the Billboard charts. According to the U.S. music media Billboard, in the latest chart dated July 11, ″REDRED″ ranked 63rd on the ″Global 200″ and 32nd on the ″Global (Excluding U.S.)″ charts, rising two and three spots respectively from the previous week. On the ″Hot Dance/Electronic Songs″ chart, it maintained the 11th position, staying on the Billboard chart for 10 consecutive weeks.
The second mini-album ″GREENGREEN″ also ranked on the Billboard main album chart ″Billboard 200,″ placing 97th for eight consecutive weeks. CORTIS has surpassed their previous record of five weeks on the chart with their first mini-album, continuously breaking the record for the longest-charting single album by a K-pop boy group debuted in the last five years every week.
Meanwhile, CORTIS will hold the ″2026 CORTIS TOUR ’PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’″ at Inspire Arena in Incheon on the 17th and 18th. Afterwards, they plan to perform 14 shows across nine regions including North America and Japan.
