IU attends the Blue Dragon Series Awards handprinting event... "I will make sure to leave a good palm print" communication

IU appeared in public for the first time in about two months to share an update.
On the 7th, IU posted photos and videos of the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards handprinting event on official social media. Attending the event held at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, IU participated as the previous year’s winner of the Blue Dragon Series Awards Best Actress for the Netflix series ″Undercover.″
In a video moving toward the venue, IU greeted, ″I am on my way to do the Blue Dragon Series Awards handprinting. I will make sure to get a good palm print. Please watch over me.″ After checking the completed handprint, IU also said, ″I felt like something went wrong, but I couldn’t take it back.″
Photos from the event captured IU’s bright appearance, wearing a black mini jacket dress and sporting a ponytail hairstyle. Despite the strong sunlight, IU shared updates with fans through various poses and selfies. The official account posted, ″With beauty shining like the midsummer sun, the handprint is cutely stamped. Seeing the lovely IU today, UANA, let’s all stay strong today as well.″
This official public appearance comes about two months after IU issued an apology following controversy related to the MBC drama ″21st Century Great Lady″ in May.
