On the July 9th broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s ’12Cien Joo Hyun-young,’ Baekga and Hwang Chi-yeul appeared as guests and took time to test their loyalty with broadcaster Kim Tae-gyun.

On that day, host Joo Hyun-young proposed a ’loyalty test’ to the two guests. Both mentioned that they were close to Kim Tae-gyun and suggested sending messages to him simultaneously to see who would get a reply first. Hwang Chi-yeul wrote, ″Hyung, I’m in the SBS studio bathroom, but there’s no toilet paper...″ and Baekga sent, ″Hyung, it’s urgent. Please call me,″ and both messages were sent at the same time.

The first person to receive a reply was Hwang Chi-yeul. Kim Tae-gyun responded, ″I’m coming now, haha,″ and Hwang Chi-yeul expressed gratitude, saying, ″He must have come to bring toilet paper. Since I said there was none in the bathroom right next door, he probably sent it.″ He continued, ″Thanks to Tae-gyun hyung, my comedy skills have improved a lot. Baekga congratulated Hwang Chi-yeul on the result, saying, ″Congratulations, Chi-yeol. Thank you so much.″ At that moment, the ’Cultwo Show’ production team reported, ″Kim Tae-gyun just ran out holding toilet paper.″ Later, Baekga also received a reply from Kim Tae-gyun saying, ″I’m recording now, what’s going on?″

Meanwhile, when asked if the two guests felt awkward when meeting alone during the broadcast, they answered, ″Not awkward.″ Hwang Chi-yeul said, ″I don’t drink, so when I go to company dinners, I only have drinks, but I became close to hyung at those dinners. As we talked about various things, I was initially intimidated because he is a senior, but hyung makes the juniors feel comfortable. At the end of the broadcast, Joo Hyun-young nicknamed Hwang Chi-yeul as ’Gyun’s Man,’ and Baekga was dubbed ’(Kim Chang)wan’s Man,’ reflecting his collaboration with actor and singer Kim Chang-wan on his latest album.
