IU and Lee Jong-suk publicly revealed their romantic relationship in 2022 and officially confirmed their breakup on the 10th after four years. The two first met in 2012 as MCs of SBS music show ’Inkigayo’ and later became a couple in 2022. Both IU’s and Lee Jong-suk’s agencies stated along with the breakup news that they decided to remain good colleagues.
